We took the morning tour with Remy and were very happy he managed to take us through gorgeous shaded streets and parks and always stopped in shaded areas. The heat wasn't a problem with the very high quality ebikes making is very easy riding. The tour was very interesting and we (including teenagers) enjoyed it very much. Thank you”

The bikes were not well explained. I did not realize the speed went up to 5 until half way through, so I got tired. The places we biked in Madrid were too crowded with cars and people. I was grateful to be alive at the end! The tour went over by 45 minutes. I would not recommend due to safety concerns.”
