“We booked this tour on a whim after seeing the reviews. Let me just say this day was one of our most memorable so far in our trip! Rocco is very passionate about Puglia, and as a result gave us all a good understanding of why. The countryside and Trulli are so beautiful and the orrichiette class was much more than a pasta-making class. Pasqua and her family who own the mill were so very gracious and welcoming! Everything she prepared for our lunch alongside the pasta was delicious! We 100% recommend this tour!”
